⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Review for Anna) I picked gifts for two little girls based on their initials and only asked Anna to pack them in gift boxes. Without even asking, she packed the gifts separately according to the initials and chose pink boxes since they were for girls – such a thoughtful touch! Her communication and customer service were amazing. She really understands customers and goes the extra mile. Anna is truly 10/10 – absolutely amazing 😍 Thanks Anna 🎀
I had a frustrating shopping experience with brand-new white shoes, a white bag, and white stockings all crammed more like shoved into a tiny bag. I had to request another bag to prevent damage. To make matters worse, the shoes already had a stain and the staff were quite rude and unfriendly it’s not like I was asking for a discount just asking if they had another pair of shoes. Staff are lovely at this store, they never fail to great you or ask if you need help with anything. I have also had staff members go above and beyond to help me order things to my house, track down sizing at other stores and help get other items while in the dressing room. There is a very lovely team that are always friendly at the registers and take extra care bagging your items. Small things like that go such a long way. The store is clean and always well presented/tidy.
One of the staff was very rude! They told them not to touch all the stuff of the hygiene problem! What can you expect for going to shop with children!
