Every time I visit this store, I am met with disinterested and unfriendly staff. I am rarely greeted, approached or provided any assistance. This morning, again I was met with 3 completely uninterested staff members. Myself and a few other customers were not once approached or asked if we required assistance. After 20 minutes of browsing, and trying on clothing, I finally went to the register to pay, only to be informed that both registers have been down since Sunday and I am unable to pay for my item. Came in for my nieces birthday present that was put on hold and had an incredible experience with Mira (unsure if I’ve spelt that correctly) she took the time to wrap my presents put them in a box with a bow, overall a lovely experience ☺️
Pretty disappointing customer service at this store. I stood at the counter waiting to be rung up for quite some time before anyone came over, the staff were standing around chatting with backs turned to the counter. In saying that, when I needed help with sizing they did look hard to find alternatives for me. But absolutely oblivious to their surroundings and no acknowledgment of customers. After reading similar reviews on here it’s disappointing this is still ongoing after several months.
I often try to avoid Seed at Fountain Gate as the customer service is known to be terrible but I was needing to purchase a gift. To say I felt intimidated and watched like a hawk is an understatement. The staff are also not friendly and come across extremely rude. I have purchased a lot over the years and from different stores across Melbourne and this is by far the worst of them all. I recommend avoiding the Fountain Gate store at all costs.
I went to this store for my 3 children and the pathetic customer service particularly by a woman named LUCY was an absolute joke. She also smelt like alcohol. Should not be working in this type of store!!!! Wish I could give -10 stars. 👎👎👎👎
