I was really disappointed with my experience at Seed today. I came in looking for a bag and noticed three staff members standing together happily chatting amongst themselves. Not one of them acknowledged me, greeted me, or offered any assistance. I understand stores can have quiet moments, but basic customer service such as a simple “hello” or “let me know if you need anything” goes a long way. Instead, I felt completely ignored. What a difference in customer service at fountain gate compared to Chadstone. Very rude staff especially Allyssa
Millie did an incredible job and was very good customer service.
Every time I visit this store, I am met with disinterested and unfriendly staff. I am rarely greeted, approached or provided any assistance. This morning, again I was met with 3 completely uninterested staff members. Myself and a few other customers were not once approached or asked if we required assistance. After 20 minutes of browsing, and trying on clothing, I finally went to the register to pay, only to be informed that both registers have been down since Sunday and I am unable to pay for my item. Came in for my nieces birthday present that was put on hold and had an incredible experience with Mira (unsure if I’ve spelt that correctly) she took the time to wrap my presents put them in a box with a bow, overall a lovely experience ☺️
