I went in yesterday with about 10 Min until close, so I was in no way stopping the staff from closing the store, and while no obvious rudeness occured, it was quite obvious I was not welcome. I haven’t shopped at seed for a couple of years…. And I can’t say I’ll Be back in that store any time soon
I went to fountain gate today and was served by Alyssa. She was very friendly and had great customer service.
I was really disappointed with my experience at Seed today. I came in looking for a bag and noticed three staff members standing together happily chatting amongst themselves. Not one of them acknowledged me, greeted me, or offered any assistance. I understand stores can have quiet moments, but basic customer service such as a simple “hello” or “let me know if you need anything” goes a long way. Instead, I felt completely ignored.
