It was awful. The doctor was over 45 minutes late and didn’t apologize at all. I waiting 20 minutes to the billing but couldn’t complete the process. I left with no bill or invoice. I called them the next and asked to send me the bill and was told no. I was told I had to set a portal account to access to my. So not helpful. Warby Parker here I come.
Everything was great other than being seen 30 min after appointment time. Since I’m retired not a big deal but would have been frustrating if I was still working and fitting this in to a busy schedule.
Per usual everyone was kind, helpful and knew what they were doing. I wanted to purchase prescription sunglasses and I had my vision checked recently so I only needed to meet with a technician. She was busy when I arrived and one of the receptionists offered to cover for her after I chose the style I wanted. When the technician was available she checked what had been done and completed the measurements. I am always pleased with See Clear.
