My husband had a knee surgery that resulted in an infection and two blood clots. The orthopedist sent a prescription for thigh high Ted hose to this location. When my husband called see what was needed for me to come pick them up, Kristy, the person that he spoke to was extremely rude and indignant. She told him “I’m not sure how else I can say this to you, but you may not be worried about insurance payment, but we are”. There was no empathy, no kindness, and no sense of urgency. This woman should not be in healthcare.

Staff is friendly but I encountered some frustrations. I purchased socks, and wanted to run them through insurance. They told me they could not guarantee it would be covered and recommended I pay cash price. I talked to my physical therapist, they were able to talk to the dodge store location, get them covered, tell me how many were covered, and what the coinsurance would be. The amount they charge is criminal. Our child received a brace at CHI. This company sent us a bill for the brace. The invoice was for $69 (an adjustment was applied/insurance maybe) and then requiring us to still pay $27. The brace we received is the exact same velcro brace you can buy at CVS or Walmart for roughly $11.

The braces are really good quality so yes, they cost more. Totally worth it! My family and myself have used them for over 20 years. They also take insurance!

This place is good for one thing, brace fitting! Once you have your size, get as far away as possible. Make your orders elsewhere. I needed 2 braces “see the trainer” price $75/brace; from the manufacturer $21/brace (ordered on Friday received Monday). See the Trainer couldn’t tell me if my insurance would cover any of it, I had to buy 1st and gamble later. Oh by the way they like to keep your credit card on file to use when needed… any bill past 30 days goes to collections! This is how they greeted me at the door. Never giv... read more
