The office lady is so rude and unprofessional! I went to pick up contacts at 415 pm and the gentleman there said she left but was coming back. When she arrived 15 mins later she was on her cell phone.. and instead of greeting me she continued her personal conversation on her cell phone until she handed me my contacts!
