I've worked with this company for 20 plus years. They have always taken excellent care of my customers and go above and beyond.
don't know what type of work they do, but if it's anything like how poorly they pay their bills to the people they contract their work out to, then its pitiful because instead of paying their bills they just give excuses like "It's in the mail.... we sent it to someone else... etc.
These folks are absolute magicians when it comes to restoring anything they take on. They keep their word and stand behind their work. Occasionally the schedule slips a little while they put the extra effort into a restoration to make it as near perfect as is possible.
