My wife and I are extremely displeased with the owner's lack of responsiveness, cooperation and follow through while attempting to trouble shoot our carpet problems. While the owner did not hesitate to take our money after install, there was no attempt on his part to resolve the issue. My last contact with the owner was in Aug. 2016. He informed me he was writing to the president of the carpet manufacturer to decide on what actions to be taken. As of today, Jan 18, 2017 I have yet to hear from him.
