The doctor is great! However, every time I called the office to get an appointment, I would get a voicemail. I would leave a message and no one would call me back. My daughter already had an appointment so I went with her, I was able to be seen. However before I left I made an appointment for my husband for the following week. When I got home my husband could not make the appointment and asked me to reschedule, I called and to no surprise I received voicemails left a message and no one has called me back. Incredible and personal staff!
I have been seeing Dr. Dahnoun at See More Eye Care for a couple of years now, and I always have a fantastic experience. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and responsive from the moment you walk in. Dr. Dahnoun is highly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about his patients. I truly appreciate how he never rushes the appointment and always takes the extra time to ensure I am completely happy with my results. Highly recommend this practice!
This was such a great patient experience. The doctor spent ample time with me, explained everything throughly to make sure I understood, and really listened to me!
Unbelievable. I showed the receptionist my Cigna insurance card and they didn't know if they took that vision plan, meanwhile there were two people at the desk doing nothing. I will never find out if the doctors are any good because they don't even know if they take Cigna vision. I will be going somewhere where they know what insurance they take. Unbelievably unhelpful.
