This office set a same day appointment for me at 4pm for a new patient consultation; I did not request that but I appreciated it. I asked for any paperwork to be sent ahead as I was coming from work but that was not accommodated. I arrived on time, there were several other patients waiting, and completed the dense packet of info. It was a normal wait time to get the x-rays, but hours to see the doctor. I feel so fortunate to have found such an exceptional dentist and an amazing team! From the very beginning, they have treated me with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care\. My dentist is not only incredibly skilled, but truly listens and makes me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. I went to See Me Smile following a traumatic dental injury that happened the previous week. Despite telling multiple staff members that I was there because of an injury, I was repeatedly treated as though I had simply come in for a routine cleaning. Even when the dentist came into the room, he initially believed I was there for a cleaning.
