I had a great experience at See Eye Care! When I booked my appointment online, it mentioned the retinal screening fee that comes with the exam (in red print). Honestly, I appreciated that because I’d rather have a doctor who takes the time to fully check my eye health and make sure nothing gets missed. WARNING! Very disappointed with this office. My husband received a text the day before his appointment stating there was a mandatory $39 retinal screening fee in addition to any insurance copays. This office is in-network with our insurance, yet this fee was never disclosed when I scheduled the appointment online. When I called, the receptionist confirmed the fee was mandatory and incorrectly claimed he was told about it when scheduling.
