I’ve never worn glasses, but noticed my Vision when reading was getting blurry. I wanted to find a local office that I could get the personalized feel I like to give my real estate clients. Oh my! This office is exactly what I was looking for. They took great care in explaining my results and were very knowledgeable and prompt. I'm blown away by the customer service delivered by Terry and Dr. Walter. I'm a picky pain-in-the-butt when picking out frames, but the fine folks at SEE + Be SEEN were crazy patient and helpful. Highly recommended.
I broke my glasses so I needed a new exam and pair of glasses on the fly! Dr. Walter gave me an exam which was quick and to the point. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable. Terry was great in helping me understand my insurance and picking out a new set of frames. He kept me in the loop on when my new glasses would be arriving and the whole process was very smooth. I will be telling my friends about this place, and i'll be back for sure!
Dr Walter, is amazing after going to a different eye doctor first (he had made me feel rushed and didn't have a clue as what was wrong with my eyes). I stopped in and saw Dr Walter, she took the time and talked with me and examined my eyes and told me exactly what was wrong and helped me get my eyes back to normal. Thank you.
Our daughter’s school tested her eyesight and recommended she be seen professionally. Aside from the fact that the clinic is close to home, Dr. Walter was kind and patient with our 6-year old. She answered all our questions and was very reassuring. Terry was great also! He helped us select some glasses and did all the fitting. I’m very pleased with how they treated us and our daughter. I would refer the office to anyone looking for an Optometrist.
