How can you go on here and defend yourself by calling your customers liars? Wow!! Small business or not, if you can't pay your employees don't hire them! The "check" is not at the front desk nor in the mail. This is going on 2 months! My family and I will not support this business again.
DO NOT recommend this place at all. I went for a pedicure and nails and Jessica was so unprofessional and is a scammer. The employee I tipped for my pedicure NEVER got paid the tip or her check. The bowls she uses for pedicures are bowls you can find at Walmart. She warms up her water in a pot and it’s scorching hot I had to wait like an hour to put my feet in the water. Do not trust Jessica. She cuts corners and says it’s to benefit the client but it’s a lie , she’s cheap.She will tell you she uses everything organic don’t believe her . She also doesn’t pay her employees. I paid her employee for great services and that employee never got paid . Jessica kept the tip too . The bowl she used to soak your feet in is not a sanitary way to soak feet she will say the traditional bowels used in spas cause fungus build up . It’s a LIE all lies . UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: Please see her response. Now she’s claiming this is a lie. Happy to post pictures so she remembers me :) DO NOT RECOMMEND! The owner is SHADY and a LIAR. - Initial visit, my pedicure took 2 hours - One of her hair stylists kept cancelling on me - My girls got their hair done and the cuts were crooked.
