Carolyn Heyman is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, kind, thorough and fair. I have had her review employment agreements, partnership contracts, purchase agreements, etc. over the years and she has always been fabulous to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
