I would have given it a 5 star but we called about our refrigerator door not closing and the first thing the maintenance man said was “did you fill the door too much”. After he closed it a few times he decided it was fine and we have been fighting it the whole week. He kept trying to blame us for the fridge not keeping our food cold instead of replacing the fridge. An absolute favorite! Comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Centrally located, away from uptown Sedona. Pool & spa awesome!
So awesome to be able to actually cook full meals on vacation with 2 small kids. The washing machine was a super plus after spending days enjoying the great outdoors. Thanks for an awesome experience �
