Maintenance response was friendly, professional and FAST!!!!
I'm a new tenant and the entire experience from the application process to my move in was great! The office personnel are all very nice and friendly. The maintenance team are the best! They always respond in a timely manner. I love my apartment and my IMT Ahwatukee community!
I have lived here since 1999 and have enjoyed this community. The current Leasing Manager, Madison Rogers, and Leasing Agents, Laine and Lisette are a pleasure to deal with. They listen to any concerns or suggestions I might have. The maintenance staff, Chris, Mark and Manny always respond to any request timely and efficiently. They take the time to answer any questions I might have regarding the issue. I have always felt safe and secure living in this community and would recommend it highly.
Me and my husband have been living here 10 months..we started out with a one bedroom which was nice and the gals in the front office are above and beyond amazing I adore them, they are very kind and friendly and treat you like family when you come in and I had no problems. So we decided to stick around another year because we been pretty comfortable and happy here. The maintaice crew Mike and the other two guys are really awsome.
