Just know you're signing up for living in a shitty/dirty apartment , and when you finish your lease they will wrongfully mark your credit with outstanding debt , even if you pay everything like you're supposed to. They'll have an inquiry on your credit. And that'll be a pain in the ass to fight for! Have fun guys , avoid this place , pay $100 more in rent but rent a better place that's headache free. Health issue free, and more professional!
I’ve been stuck at Sedona Ridge Apartments for 2 years, and it’s honestly been nothing but problems. Management does NOT care about their tenants — period. Maintenance requests are a complete joke. My dishwasher and garbage disposal have been leaking for months and no one has ever shown up to fix them. On top of that, this place has a massive pest and rodent infestation that they completely ignore. It’s nasty, unsafe, and they just don’t care. I had an excellent experience with one of the maintenance guys named Carlos Flores, he came to fix the AC and he noticed the kitchen sink was leaking and he fixed it right away 👍👍
