Review for Sedona Ridge Apartments if I could give it negative 5 stars I would! I lived at Sedona Ridge Apartments for three years, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. What started as an affordable option turned into a complete nightmare. The apartment has flooded multiple times, and management never addressed the root causes. RUN DONT WALK…I have lived here for two years. Multiple units they both have sucked. My first unit had water damage on ceiling my air vent randomly leaked water Faster forward a year my second unit sucked from the jump dryer didn’t work they continued to say we were putting too much clothes in the dryer (not the case) The two years i’ve been here they switch maintenance and managers multiple times leasing agents were more concerned about sleeping with tenants than working. it seems like every month. If I could give this a negative 0 stars I would! I moved in Sedona ridge apartments in august and I provided by NV energy account number and realized after some time of not receiving a bill. I called NV energy; I was advised that a force moved out was issued by Sedona Ridge. The assistance manager mentioned that would not be possible. But they would be billing me the back balance since it was paid by the apartments and review the case as I was also charged an additional fee. I have been living here for a few years now and I can say that Sedona Ridge is definitely not a place to make a home out of. The office is no help whatsoever and whenever you bring up any type of issue they will either forget about it or hope that you do. I have had my vehicle towed from here because they didn’t place it on their vehicle list and told me it was my fault for not taking care of it sooner, they’ve overlooked my maintenance requests and told me that I was liable for all “damages” done to my unit because it was n... read more
