One star is too many. This is the first negative review I have ever left on Google. My husband and I have lived here for only 4 months: 1) today our car was stolen (keys stolen through a window) 2) 1 months ago came home to a flooded apartment due to a water heater breaking upstairs 3) 2 months ago several packages were stolen 4) 3 months ago realized this place had a massive cockroach infestation On all accounts the property management was unhelpful. Do not move here ! , I made the biggest mistake moving in here last year but I needed something desperately and last minute. These apartments are roach infested, these apartments are not taken care of properly like they should. They can be way nicer but the keep up is poor. They keep the front nice and well kept but the back they can careless. Dog waste isn’t being picked up so expect to walk through an isle of dog waste constantly. so the moving experience was amazing. Also management is super friendly. They’re always there to answer my questions and they always answer the phone as for the apartment. It is beautifully sized. The renovations were absolutely beautiful. Of course little maintenance is here and there which is expected, but Carlos, who is the maintenance guy was there within minutes to fix everything again so far the resident place is extremely clean again from all these reviews that I’ve seen. I was looking for apartments then I saw this apartment on the news !!! And how this family had a mold problem and you guys didn’t even care and lied about the results and just changed the carpet to cover up the mold that was still there making them all sick horrible!!! I would never move into a place like that !! That is why you read reviews and you’ll forever be on the no list!! Shame!! Hopefully this never happens to you or your family
