I had been reading good reviews about Sedona Jewelers and when I needed some appraisal work done for indsurance purposes I decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did as I found them to be so qualified and honest. They impressed so much that I also had them do some repairs and they did a beautiful job. I found them to be so professional, knowledgeable and kind. I for sure will use them again in the future.
Carl and Jaime Scarlata own this business. I have found them to be some of the best people I’ve ever met. They always try to help their customers find the best items for their loved ones when it comes to jewelry products. Carl‘s been in the business for 40 years and he really knows what he’s doing. I stopped by the store in Sedona when my daughters and I were visiting. I had looked at the Ten Commandant bracelets that day but didn't have my credit card with me so I took one of their business cards and after I returned home I ordered two of the bracelets. One for my grandson and the other for his soon to be wife. She just turned 21 on July 14th and his birthday is August 6th. I brought an antique ring into Sedona Jewelers that I hoped could be made into a wedding ring for my granddaughter. I also had a garnet that had been in a ring that had belonged to my grandmother. These were very precious to me. Carl was able to combine the two into a truly beautiful wedding ring. This along with a ring for the groom from Sedona Jewelers was my wedding gift to them. The bride and groom were thrilled. I could not be more happy about my experience.
Sedona Jewelers did an absolutely great job of fixing my watch and getting it running again. Even though the back was stuck on from a corroded battery, they promptly took care of it, and were kind, courteous, and affordable. Thanks Sedona Jewelers!
