Sedona Dental is the BEST dental office I have ever been to! Every person I have been in contact with at this office is very friendly and professional. The office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Chiovitti is wonderful. She is a brilliant dentist, but is also so warm and friendly. She really takes the time to make sure your smile is beautiful and healthy. I had been driving longer than I liked to get to Sedona for years, when I decided to try a dentist close to my house. I have worked in dental in the past, so I’m aware how some places price gouge. I needed a bone graft, but I found out the new office normally charges over twice as much as Sedona does for it! My experience with Sedona Dental has been extremely disappointing. They violated both federal and state surprise billing laws, leading to unexpected charges that should have been disclosed upfront. There is a constant turnover of support staff, which has resulted in poor communication and disorganized billing practices. To make matters worse, a procedure performed here was done improperly and now has to be redone at a different dental facility. I would strongly caution others before seeking treatment here
