Evelyn is very nice, it was my first time in Sedona and she was very approachable and very gentle with cleaning. She always ask if you're okay during the procedure and asnwers all my questions.
Great clinic, has a very clean environment, you can tell the dentists care about their patients. Staff was very attentive and catering, made sure we felt comfortable the entire time.
As much as I appreciate this facility, I was not fully satisfied with how today’s consultation was handled. I had a 30-minute consultation scheduled on a Sunday and intentionally blocked off my schedule to be available during that time. However, after waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I was not seen or consulted by the doctor as expected. Instead, another staff member spoke with me and tried to address my concerns to the best of his ability. I don't go to the dentist anymore because of Sedona administration. I just keep ignoring the incessant text reminders. Long time client... Not until late 2024 & 2025 do I start having complaints with this practice 200% shitty hygiene visits NOT including standard dentist checkup but charging for one, taking daughter in for filling wasting her coverage on check-ups she didn't need yet...
