I just had the most wonderful dental cleaning experience at Sedona, and I couldn't be happier! Miss Meet is truly exceptional. She was incredibly gentle and thorough throughout the entire appointment. I genuinely felt cared for, and she took the time to explain what she was doing and gave great tips for home care. The cleaning itself was quick, painless, and left my teeth feeling incredibly smooth and clean. I've been coming back here to have my regular check-up and cleaning. I have a very nice experience with all the staff every time I have an appointment. This place is highly recommended.
Unfortunately the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here...task is to retrieve dental records so I can start with 3 to 5k in work to be done...but no...they don't know how to follow up and call the other office to get those records. Many follow up conversations. Only now...and only now are they clarifying there is another form to fill out to get these records...nothing communicated in the past 6 conversations earlier. I wouldn't trust these people to handle anything with a financial value price tag. Edit...... read more
