Been here for more than 6y, I think they can do better. My husband was booked for cleaning services for Jul 5 and mine is Jul 13, so I call to reschedule his to the same time as mine Jul 13. But when we come they told him his insurance is not cover and he has to paid out of pocket, so he refuse to do and has to sat there, do nothing just waiting for me 3.5 HOURS. We ask why dont they tell us before hand, they said they tried to call him in Jul 2 but he didnt pick up, which is a LIE, there is no call from them instead I calle... read more
