I'm really glad to hear this place has new owners. I hope things are better now. I had to take the owners to court when I fell down the stairs that were not up to City code and not lit up. My Roof leak destroyed bed, I told them my washing machine was leaking afraid it would leak in the apartment downstairs. The owner used very strong language at me because I complained. The unit is nice but the manager takes forever on everything and has HORRIBLE communication skills. I would recommend to live here but management is unreliable.
The manager is horrible, she is very lazy I've been trying to pay for rent for over 4 days and we have a 5 day grace period and she was taking forever to respond to me. Even after days after with no response I had to text her again to make sure that she got my message. I develop a lot of anxiety because I'm trying to pay for rent and she is trying to over charge me.
