I'm really glad to hear this place has new owners. I hope things are better now. I had to take the owners to court when I fell down the stairs that were not up to City code and not lit up. My Roof leak destroyed bed, I told them my washing machine was leaking afraid it would leak in the apartment downstairs. The owner used very strong language at me because I complained. They took the washer out and never bought another one. We had RATS. They got into the storage area and destroyed everything. Destroyed my gas barbecue using... read more
The unit is nice but the manager takes forever on everything and has HORRIBLE communication skills. I would recommend to live here but management is unreliable.
