stayed here an entire year, ac went out twice, mold growing in air conditioning closet, flooding twice from upstair neighbors. police activity alot, maintenance does half work. Flooded out my entire apartment, had to break my lease! LUCIA IS THE LANDLORD WHO TAKES HER SWEET TIME GETTING TO AN EMERGENCY. WILL BE TAKING THIS TO COURT
The staff is very professional and polite. I appreciate their attentiveness, courtesy and service. Lucia and Marisol have outstanding customer service and they have been a great help to me when ever I have a need for anything (within reason).
