My daughter lives here with her husband and kids for about a 2 years and a month. They started having issues with the water heater. It’s so inhumane the wash they are being treated. My daughter has to boil water to shower the kids and they have bed bugs and the reason they can’t have this fixed they don’t want to be liable for their maintenance team. Have been living here for 2 yrs and one month, we renewed to avoid looking for an apt the hassle just to let you know Jasmine'' the apt manager asked my mom this. So unprofessional. The unit has been giving us issues about 6 months no hot water for some days then about two weeks was the longest. I have been living here since 3/3/23 about 6 months in my water heater started causing issues, at first was variable days then it sometimes was days to the longest 2 weeks. Little details here and there but not we have bed bugs how!??? Not even sure but my neighbor also has I reported it as soon as we saw them. This place is horrible to live in. Nothing works they fix it and break down later. Gates are always breaking, they only have the front nice and clean. Some units have bed bugs, the maintenance team sucks. They never have a clue of what they fix the google or YouTube the issues. They always say we have to pre order it they send someone else who is clueless about the problem. They turn off the water everyday from different buildings. This apt complex has been hell for my parents and the staff can care less. I see a lot of teenagers braking into cars and damaging property. Not a safe place to live also the broken down dryers they provide and the water heaters. The rent is so expensive that they can at least provide decent appliances for the unit. My friends live in different buildings here and they say there also bed bugs and have appliances they put in a maintenance for that takes weeks to fix but here come the first of the month and rent has to be paid.... read more
