Nice new gym, lots of equipment, open 24 hours, friendly staff, great price.
Casey is a top notch coach. He's able to provide effective, engaging workouts that build up to great results and are deeply tailored to your intentions. Working with him, I was able to hit the "1000 pound club" after a few months of coaching, as well as achieve other significant milestones (e.g. dropping 20 pounds in a few months, etc.). Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
Fun and challenging workout! Casey was a great trainer and very welcoming for my first workout at his gym. All the equipment you need for great workouts in a comfortable space. Highly recommend!
