My experience with Dr.Sedillo is overall good, but the office staff is so unprofessional back and that assist the Dr. As well have been looking for a new office for a while now finally found one and will not be going back
Used to love going here. My insurance changed so I had to change to an In-Network dentist. Apparently, I had $70 in co-payments due. This office sent me to collections, advertently and negatively affecting my credit score. I was in disbelief that such a good dental office would send me to collections for a mere $70. That in itself says a lot about the office staff character, and how money is more important than patient satisfaction.
Great staff, very friendly and Dr. Sedillo is super nice and patient and explains everything in detail so you understand. He also works with you on affordable monthly payments for work you need done. I highly recommend going here
I was left in a chair for 3 hours to get rushed out and my jaw is sore 3 days later. I would say its a great place if you like that sort of thing.
