front desk staff were friendly but the nurse doing my vaccine could not answer simple questions about the shot and did not even give a warning when she was going to do it, stabbed my arm with no countdown or anything. very unprofessional, not courteous.
I have already give epiphany a ride from health department yesterday.
Many years ago I came here and didn’t have the best experience with one of the assistants. I’ve started coming here again recently. Some times someone from reception desk can be unfriendly but for the most part they aren’t. Physician , physician assistant , medical assistant and vaccination lady have all been wonderful to me as of recently - friendly and give plenty of info .
