Hands down the shittiest service available for any company to use. Always several issues with paperwork and poor communication. Along with constant back and forth with no problem solving resolutions. Had to be discharged from a job due to repeatedly not having enough information filled out or a clear idea of what needs to be completed. Very disorganized and slow
I’d leave a zero starts review if I could. This is the worst property insurance company. I have videos, photos to prove I’m entitled to compensation. They responded to my first two emails and then nothing!! It has been 3 months nobody answer a phone or call me back. I’m in the point where I’m leaving daily voicemails and emails.
