Very unprofessional company. Would not return calls and when finally spoke to agent about claim. Just blew me off with canned reasons for denial. This company wont take responsibility or help you if you get parking lot damage at a store . I see all the negative reviews and totally agree with them. The worst company ever
Worst experience I've ever had. My examiner and her manager ignored me for an entire week just to deny my claims for literally no reason. Been working with them for a month and have still not been paid and have had to explain my issues over the course of 25+ phone calls just for all the info to still be wrong. On top of that all of the reps that answer the phone can't answer any questions or do anything for your claim. What's the point of customer service if you're not servicing customers? I've been trying for months to get payment on a claim after a catastrophic engine failure on a Hyundai and believe this is a total scam. I've called, sent emails with all the documentation, and nothing. Not sure if this is a legit company, if it is, they are horrible.
Worst set of people to deal with, I got hurt at work and it took them 3 weeks to approve for me to get surgery. Then it got worst come time for my workers comp payment the portal that u if to use to communicate with them say they respond in 24 hr nope I go 6-12 days before I even here from then about payment issue , they don’t even want to pay me for my mileage report . I can’t wait to get better so I can go back to work . It’s a shame they have this many low stars and are unwilling to change how they operate.
