These are trolls. Got injured at work and can not get treatment. No return on phone calls. Don't know how these people are still in business.
Amazing Company to work with. They are very focused on helping the claim process move Forward. All their staff are very responsive and knowledgable. I regurarly how jobs with them and continue to recomend them to other Contractors. They are a top tier TPA.
If I could give 0 star rating I would. Absolutely horrible service. The only reason I am even dealing with them is because Brightspeed came to my home and the technician damaged my fence. The insurance adjuster, Mrs. Delgado, was NEVER available to take my call and NEVER emailed me back. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Extremely unprofessional
The claims process isn't held with integrity. The Customer Service people aren't knowledgeable to answer questions, Claim adjusters don't return calls or answer in timely manner also you have to do the work for the claims adjusters for your claim. I mist got the run around from everyone including the Administration so you would do better in going with another company to insure your property.
It's incomprehensible how bad this company is. They deserve to be wiped off the face of the earth.
