Horrible experience! My son is still trying to close out his workman's comp claim, but these people will not call when they say they will, they won't respond to emails, when you try to call them you get a recording saying that the number doesn't work, and my son's MRI had to be canceled because the hospital was unable to reach these clowns. My son is still in limbo because we cannot even contact these people to get this closed.
They do not call back! They said they put in a claim and here we are a month later with no response. Quantum fiber was digging in our yard and destroyed a lot of things.
This organization is an absolute joke, and clearly indicated by all the other horrific reviews!! Horrible, unprofessional people that never return calls!! Bury them if your employer uses this firm for benefits processing. They make the worst insurance companies look like philanthropic organizations by comparison!
Worst service ever I ended up losing 2 weeks of pay because of the lack of coordination. If Lockheed didn’t force us to work them, I never would use this company again.
This company ruins lives and causes pain the buried me in lawyers paperwork and push till ya cant fight back. Even though the company that uses them ignore safety and ppe protocols and still say you have its part of your medical history
