They dismiss claims for reimbursement despite submitting required medical documents and significant evidence that meets the policies legally stated in the contract. Worthless company overall - and the reason I will never give Vail Resorts another dollar. I worked for Vail for nearly ten years, it is truly sad how far they have fallen. CEO makes $7+ million a year to tank the company, screw the customers, and employees. Customer service is non existent.

It took on average 8-10 business days for claims manager to reply despite being called, emailed and msgd on the the claims site about being able to get the medication the Surgeon had prescribed for the injury. Zero support from case worker what so ever. Another workplace injury, and once again, the same case manager, Monica Westlund, has failed to follow through. If I could give this “company” 0 I would. This the worst company I ever work with. They want to take 0 responsibility on the actions of one of they “clients” even when is a policial report over here.
