This organization is an absolute joke, and clearly indicated by all the other horrific reviews!! Horrible, unprofessional people that never return calls!! Bury them if your employer uses this firm for benefits processing. They make the worst insurance companies look like philanthropic organizations by comparison!
Worst service ever I ended up losing 2 weeks of pay because of the lack of coordination. If Lockheed didn’t force us to work them, I never would use this company again.
This company ruins lives and causes pain the buried me in lawyers paperwork and push till ya cant fight back. Even though the company that uses them ignore safety and ppe protocols and still say you have its part of your medical history
SUCKS at answering and calling back. Cant get ahold of anyone. Ill just suffer in pain , its fine.
Terrible i had to take a leave of absence and I needed time to heal and they made the whole process so frustrating which really messed with my anxiety I'm not at all happy with their process I gave them permission to talk directly with my doctor and instead they chose to continue bothering me about the situation rather than just discussing it with my doctor directly which more or less cut my healing time in half
