This is the most horrible company ever! I advise anyone working for a job that has sedgwick as the insurance carrier RUNNNNN NOWWW! DONT WALK BECAUSE THEY ARE AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS EVERRR! DONT CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE INJURED. GIVE THEM A NO STAR RATING IF ITS POSSIBLE

I haven't know them to give me as much problems before, it use to be a few issues, but it's got bad. I have to say in the past it has been better working with them. It has been stressful on top of having the medical proven documents, plus a medical test confirming my medical concern. 3 stars are for haven seen better days with them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Sedgwick Claims Management and Orange Door Insurance I am beyond frustrated with the negligence and dismissiveness I have experienced from both Sedgwick Claims Management and Orange Door Insurance. I submitted my claim on December 24th, and now, nearly three months later, I still have not heard from my claims examiner. I have been working with them here lately, and it had been nothing but stressful on top of having the medical proven documents, plus a medical test confirming my medical concern. My first claim for disability nit ling ago was approved but when I extended 2 weeks out with the same concern plus a test from doctor confirm that I suffer from this issue and have need of more time away from work due to new health concerns, they say Medical leave is approved but not disability even though I qualify for it according to my doctors st... read more

Absolutely no customer service. Their phone number is a dead end. The absolute worst with time management. This company if I can even call it one is a disgrace and I feel horrible for anyone who has to deal with these clowns.
