I've read reviews of people's bad experience filing claims. Well I worked for them in another state. I worked for a local tpa that Sedgwick took over. Sedgwick showed no appreciation. I couldn't do anything right. They told us the company was growing. They would hire a batch of people and then when they were trained they'd fire a group of good workers. After signing documents promising me a specific refund, 5 months later incorrect refund amount Is still unresolved with no one taking ownership.
