Time waisting, incompetent company
Truly, this 1 star is WAY too generous. I’ve have had nothing but problems since going on leave in June for my babies. First, the customer service is absolutely terrible. There is only 2 examiners for the state of Washington for maternity leave and they NEVER answer the phone or call back in a “timely” manner, if at all. Besides not getting compensated for my short term disability when I was hospitalized, I have now been waiting over a month for a claim that is still “pending” only to see that 2 weeks worth of my employer pa... read more
