Would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible company. No one returns phone calls, takes forever for them to do anything.
This "insurance company" needs to be investigated. An all around awful experience.
We are a provider and have been waiting for payment for 9 months. We have gone through 3 account managers. The only times I have heard any updates has been to tell me I am going to a new account manager because they are leaving the company. This has happened 3 times. I don't think this is a well organized company nor a good place to work.
I have been unpaid for 2 weeks straight on my LOA and have spent this entire week playing ping pong back and forth between this company and my doctor. No one can give you a straight answer and when you do get a hold of someone, they can’t answer your question and someone else has to. Then that person isn’t available, their supervisor isn’t available either. No one that can help you is ever available.
