I have been receiving massages and cupping treatments from Christina for some time now, which is a testament to the quality of her work. She is incredibly attentive to what the body needs. As I participate in both bodybuilding and Olympic lifting, my body is under constant physical demand. With Christina’s help, I am able to stay consistent with my programming and achieve my fitness goals. I truly enjoy working with her and look forward to our future sessions.

Have been three times and will continue to go. Profesional, patient and caters to individual needs by asking questions and follow ups. As a person who works in the hotel industry working, standing, moving and behind a computer for a long hours my body had taken a beating and Christina found and got rid of issues I didnt know I even had. Christina is the best! I always leave her sessions relaxed and feeling like a whole new person. She knows exactly how to work through built-up tension and gives great advice on recovery. Very intentional bodywork and truly healing.
