This company has the worst customer service. In 2015, I worked for another company and I remembered hearing awful things about their customer service but now I am convinced because I'm experiencing it. Today I started my claim but the person who entered the information schedule my doctor's appointment 50 minutes away from my house and I live in a major city. I tried calling her back and I tried calling her boss back but to no avail. I left her a message. This business sucks
They would claim they had documents faxed from my doctor, and than claim they never received it. I would wait a week before my claim person would call me back. I lost $500 because of their incompetence in letting me go back to work.
They are awful!
