HORRIBLE company to deal with. Oh wait! after sending my claim its no longer their problem according to a condescending unprofessional Vincent Gazzo “Liability claims representative”, Home depot damaged my water line on a delivery, they approved a $700 refund I had to pay out of pocket to fix and now he is saying they dont deal with it that it was sent over to ESTES EXPRESS which NEVER answers the phone nor emails. This company has the worst customer service. In 2015, I worked for another company and I remembered hearing awful things about their customer service but now I am convinced because I'm experiencing it. Today I started my claim but the person who entered the information schedule my doctor's appointment 50 minutes away from my house and I live in a major city. I tried calling her back and I tried calling her boss back but to no avail. I left her a message. This business sucks
They would claim they had documents faxed from my doctor, and than claim they never received it. I would wait a week before my claim person would call me back. I lost $500 because of their incompetence in letting me go back to work.
