If I could give 0 stars for a review, I would. This is a follow up to my initial review. After 2 years of annual visits with the specialist mentioned below, my eye health is still excellent. I have no sign of glaucoma so, of course, have no need for any kind of treatment. I have to wonder how many unnecessary procedures are done in this office. The day Dr. Sedgewick told me I needed laser surgery and noted my hesitation, he casually said "It's not a big deal - I'm doing 10 of them today!" Buyer beware. I was referred to an o... read more
Great practice, smooth process, very transparent and solid candor from Dr. Sedgwick, which is what you really want as a patient. Highly recommend.
All my experiences in the office have been positive. His staff is so professional. Dr Sedgewick has given both me and my husband excellent care for our eye problems.
As a U.S. Veteran, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Sedgewick for his service to our country. However, my experience with the staff could have been better. Initially, the office manager's demeanor was somewhat off-putting and bordered on rude. However, we managed to establish a better rapport over time. Additionally, one of the technicians, a shorter female, appeared to be having a difficult day, which was slightly disconcerting.
