Dr Sedgewick is the consummate professional yet personable. He makes me very comfortable. I needed a last minute unscheduled appointment to address a problem with eye pain. I called just before their closing time one day and was seen the next morning. He explained my situation in detail and treated it in his office. I felt much better when I left. I highly recommend him.
This practice is the gold standard for totally professional care provided in an atmosphere of courtesy and respect for patients. Doctor Sedgewick and staff ensure that patients understand vision health issues and conditions; answer any questions, and address treatment options.
Extremely good care is taken. I am a patient since January 2023. My Glaucoma was in bad shape at that time but it became better and better and now practically it is gone without any surgery. Dr. Sedgwick is helpful and listens to patient carefully.
I appreciate the in-depth eye exam and excellent customer service.
