My experience is that when Brown Investment was the management company it was the best. Now sense they have new ownership and management as of 2010 it is a nightmare! They do not care about the people living here and it appears its all about what they can get from you also, the changes they have made are self serving, it takes 2 months to get something fixed and the trash is always overflowing.
