Old Fashioned company and policies: most of their listings say "Pet Friendly" so I waste my time looking at the results only to see the fine print "2 pets under 35lbds." that is a 1980's pet policy -NOT "pet friendly." in the new millennium. I think anyone under 30 gets this.
We currently live in a sederson house, our air conditioner had been broken for a week and half and they have yet to fix it. They told us it was our fault because of a faulty filter and that we needed to shut if off for the night to “fix it”. Low and behold, a week and half later they send the same idiotic repairmen for his 3rd visit to the house to only call us at 4:15 on a Friday saying it’s broken and they aren’t fixing it til Monday. It’s absurd how they blatantly disregard our problems and then blame us.
I lived in a Sederson 2br duplex in NKC for 11 years. Would still be there if I hadn't left the area. Rent was reasonable and maintenance requests were handled on a regular basis when they were in the area. Only issues were AC upstairs in the summer and frequency of lawn care; otherwise, it was an enjoyable experience
