John Sederburg did my taxes this year for the first time. His promptness and professionalism displayed was incredible and I truly felt he was doing the service in my best interest. I can't tell you how glad I am to have met John and his service. Highly recommend him and his tax team.
Bill Donze did my taxes for 7 years. He ended up costing me over $7,000 I had to pay back to the IRS because he thought they had software in place to make sure that the college education tax credits were not overused. How do you do someone's taxes for that many years and not realize that you have over used them per college student? He had no remorse, no apology for doing them incorrectly.
