Exceptional service! Best Dentist facility I have ever been to. Quick, professional, personable, comfortable, clean, aesthetically pleasing environment from sound, temperature, chairs, vibe, ambiance. It was actually a pleasant experience. It was the details, from cutely feminine-colored cleaning tools, using head spot lights instead of overhead lighting, using numbing cream, good tasting mouthwash and toothpaste. Definitely will return and recommend!
Great dentist, but never on time. The doctors and dental hygienists have ZERO respect for your time. There is always an excuse as to why they are late. It’s a complete joke and I’ll never go back.
Bad attitude at this office, don’t know how to speak with patience , and the most important it’s not denial office it’s business office. Sorry think twice before you visit this office. Waisting time .
I had an appointment as a new client today and when I went there the doors were locked and the phone went straight to voicemail. I am not understanding why the hours on the door are posted as 9 am to 5 pm when the office is closed unexpectedly earlier with no front desk receptionist. I am not sure if the appointment was canceled without my knowledge, but having to pay for parking and leaving work early to attend this appointment to find out it’s closed is unnecessary and could have been avoided. DISAPPOINTING!!! and not as advertised, I called in because they advertised “sedation dentistry” however on the phone they pass me from one person to another trying tell me that I don’t need sedation and for some reason are very inhospitable as if to try and get me off the phone and making a diagnosis and forming an opinion on my condition and what I need even before seeing me or actually meeting me, after a phone call with them I felt very uneasy and I do not recommend calling this place I can only imagine what happened whe... read more
