I adore Sedar!!! My husband an I were first time home buyers and we were working with a different realtor and it was not the best experience. My mom knew Sedar and recommended her and I am so grateful we reached out. We told Sedar our priority was for our child to attend a specific public school. She was savy with all the attendance maps and actually called the school district to double check. My sister and I had taken over the care of our mom, each of us doing something different. I took on the task of selling her home. I haven't sold a home in 25 years so I needed someone who could step me through the whole process. To make things a little more difficult, it was a mobile home. Sedar's patience and knowledge made this whole process very easy. She kept both my sister and I up to date every step of the way. It was very stress free working with Sedar.
