We told Sedar our priority was for our child to attend a specific public school. She was savy with all the attendance maps and actually called the school district to double check. We found our dream house within our budget in the school area we wanted. Sedar was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her.
My sister and I had taken over the care of our mom, each of us doing something different. I took on the task of selling her home. I haven't sold a home in 25 years so I needed someone who could step me through the whole process. To make things a little more difficult, it was a mobile home. Sedar's patience and knowledge made this whole process very easy. She kept both my sister and I up to date every step of the way. It was very stress free working with Sedar.

We couldn't be happier with the service Sedar provided us with. There were complicating factors for the sale of this property. Mostly because the house belonged to an elderly family member who had been moved to care, and we live out of state.
