So wonderful! I called at 9:30 on a Sunday night for a 7:15 AM Monday pickup in Belle Meade and ride to BNA. The lady who answered was professional and kind and immediately confirmed our reservation. Linda Brownlow was early to pick us up and was just such a courteous, welcoming driver. (I felt like I'd made a new friend by the time I arrived at the airport!) This company is a joke we used them for a charter from lebanon to Orlando and back of 20 people paid a lot of money and was overcharged and have been trying to receive our refund of over $1000 since October 2016! Tom is a con artist!!!!
Last minute cancellation for Prom Saturday night. Our seniors were so disappointed �. Had to find another way to get all 10 of them there!!! All I got from the company was "Sorry" , really ????
We wanted to do something special our son's senior prom....after all it's a fun night to celebrate with friends. We booked the limo & had 9 very excited kids! Unfortunately this company called just 20 minutes before they were supposed to be picked up!?! No lights or air conditioning were working. I totally understand cars break.... however it was the complete lack of appropriate timing( it was later stated that they tried to fix the limo for 1.5 hours before calling) that was upsetting. Senior prom. A night to remember. One thing I will remember is another parent getting the call 20 minutes before pick up telling us the limo is NOT coming. I'll remember scrambling to figure out how our kids were going to get to dinner and then out to prom. I'll remember the disappointed looks on the kids faces.
