New owners really cleaned the place up. Nicest park in town for sure

I don't think that we couldn't have gotten a better park owners. .
Best residential neighborhood / small / friendly and very responsible residents. Well kept yards, safe and clean. Easy to make new friends and close walkabilty to Menards, Kohls and Steak N Shake. Deer and wild turkey live close by in adjacent woods. City of Sedalia Sewers located in Pettis County just outside city limits. The best of both!!
