I recently emptied my storage unit a securlock in east Allen. A lot of my property had gotten water damaged. There was substantial mold and mildew. Entire family photo albums were destroyed. We immediately notified the front office of the damage and sent them numerous photos of the damages. The response was that they spoke to corporate and were advised they would not be accepting any responsibility for any of the damages.
