We worked with George Voukitchevitch - SecurityNational Mortgage Company Loan Officer on a Florida condo loan and the experience was terrible. In my opinion, their last‑minute changes and poor communication directly contributed to our deal falling apart. We proceeded based on a loan estimate they originally provided, but one day before closing they changed the terms so much that we could no longer secure financing.
