Amazing service from estimate to delivery!
Bob the GM needs to work on his people skills, doesn’t like to be told how band and clip and mark his twc properly.. Per Unigroup instructions.
All in all I am very satisfied with the movers. My only complaint was that I was reimbursed less than the value of a missing item, but my move coordinator pursued the issue and was able to get me the full reimbursement. She (Angie) is terrific.
Best moving crew I have ever worked with.
From the people in the front office to the driver and packers and unloaders everyone has been so good to do business with. This is a move that I would not hesitate to use again.
