I do not recommend Johnson Storage & Moving Company, also operating as Security Van Lines. Although I booked my move through Security Van Lines, all communication ultimately led back to Johnson Storage & Moving Company. Both companies appeared to share the same address, phone number, and staff, which felt misleading. Amazing service from estimate to delivery!
Bob the GM needs to work on his people skills, doesn’t like to be told how band and clip and mark his twc properly.. Per Unigroup instructions.
All in all I am very satisfied with the movers. My only complaint was that I was reimbursed less than the value of a missing item, but my move coordinator pursued the issue and was able to get me the full reimbursement. She (Angie) is terrific.
Best moving crew I have ever worked with.
