Elizabeth Grooms and her team at Security Title and Escrow were wonderful in making our dream of owning a home in TN possible. They were there to help guide us every step of the way and were very supportive when the nerves hit. I highly recommend them.
I just closed a piece of property & the buyer used this place. I agreed to pay the buyers title insurance (not something I normally do) thinking it would be a couple hundred bucks considering the selling price & what my normal title companies charge. Upon signing the documents, we find out that this company had taken the opportunity to charge us over 3x’s what the normal title insurance fees should’ve been, most of that being their inflated fees.
