We have enjoyed working with Terry Hughes and her team over at Security Title. What makes them different than other title companies? They answer phone calls, emails and rectify anything that comes up with professionalism. I even get texts with updates which is unheard of with title companies! I have worked with other title companies and sometimes the "I'm too busy" excuse gets a little old. That feeling never comes across with Terry and her team. (even if they are busy!). Completely unethical. Had a contract for a commercial building I was selling. Security Title could not get it closed in time, even though they had the title report back in time to do so. They informed my agent they were way too busy to get the file closed by the 31st which was the buyers requested close date on the original contract that was submitted to Security Title.
