Completely unethical. Had a contract for a commercial building I was selling. Security Title could not get it closed in time, even though they had the title report back in time to do so. They informed my agent they were way too busy to get the file closed by the 31st which was the buyers requested close date on the original contract that was submitted to Security Title.
