Patrick was proactive in assessing our security needs and implementing them. He was patient facilitating our learning of the new software required. And he followed up with us to ensure we had no issues with the installed systems and were happy with everything. All around Patrick provided great service and made the security installation a pleasant experience for us.

He had some challenges along the way due to a problem with his work truck and some incompatibility between the new panel and the existing keypads, but he was able to overcame these challenges.
