Patrick was very friendly and communicative. Got everything set up as per our requests. Video cameras installed, doorbell camera installed, local NVR installed and everything working perfectly. We can see all cameras remotely on our phones, and don’t have to pay for any monthly subscriptions like with so many other cloud based options out there. Very happy we did this. Definitely worth the upfront costs.

Patrick was proactive in assessing our security needs and implementing them. He was patient facilitating our learning of the new software required. And he followed up with us to ensure we had no issues with the installed systems and were happy with everything.
