Do not ever get a storage unit with these people. They don't do any sort of card transactions and when you come and try to move out of your storage unit, there's a good possibility. They've put a lock on your storage unit and can't find the keys like I'm dealing with now. Not only that, but the lady who actually lives at the storage unit has no way to contact her. It is really small storage area but is very secure meaning no crimal activity and reasonably priced!
Very rude, never anyone around
Not thrilled about not getting any notice in the mail and shortening their hours due to covid-19. Which there is no mandate in Idaho for them to do so. Will be moving facilities in the near future and not recommending them to anyone. The last onsite manager, Karen was a very nice lady compared to the one that's there now.
We all have things in our closets.
