They always provide great service. I have to give a shout out to Jay for taking his time to answer our questions and provide fantastic service!
I’ve never paid for this, we moved into a house with this system installed. One day it started going off because an indoor door was open and wouldn’t shut up, password protected. Should’ve been uninstalled, deactivated prior to anyone new moving in. As to the reply saying I’m randomly reviewing negatively, the number he quoted was on the panel, they’re open regular business hours so there’s a 0% chance I’m turning the alarm off at 4am with a phone call.
So I will say the techs are amazing. However, I have a few issues with the company. 1st we switched internet and it knocked everything off and it was so complex that I called them. Was told this is normal and the tech even said he had never seen anyone correctly reconnect everything when getting new internet. I wasn't told there would be a service charge of $75 for this! 2nd the app is so confusing as far as settings. 3rd its a long term commitment 3yrs or 5yrs.
