The Bountiful Utah location has the BEST customer service ive ever received at a bank or credit union. I financed a vehicle through SSFCU and went to the Bountiful location to set up my new checking, savings, and automotive bill pay accounts. I love banking with SSFCU for my business. Compared to other banks they make things easy. The staff treat me like an old friend and they are engaged in their jobs. They never act put out or like they are just there for a paycheck. I feel like I have a team working for me!
I simply requested a credit card and I don't feel whomever denied me understands my financial ability to repay the amount I requested. Probably because you never asked where my income came from which is a secured monthly government income. Also the rate you pay for savings accounts is under par with local competitors.
