Kaylie has absolutely gone above and beyond for me when ive brought my difficult questions in regaurds to my HELOC. Ssfcu has repeatedly had fantastic heloc products.
Don’t use this Financial institute! I got in a car accident(not my fault) they would not do an extension nor did they give any support during my hard time forcing my loan to go into a Default. I told them multiple times about my situation and I keep getting harassed by constant phone calls even though I’ve been very up front about the whole situation! What a POS bank.
